0. Dubsado Introduction A breakdown of what Dubsado is and what is can be used for, with some handy links to how other business niches are using it. Also included an overview checklist for setting up Dubsado from start to finish and a page on how to best use this whole resource folder.

1. Dubsado initial set up This resource is all about setting up the basics of your Dubsado account. It includes screenshots and steps for doing this as well as hints and tips for how I set my own account up and the easiest ways to do this. We will go over adding your branding, connecting your email and domain as well as customising your project funnels and tags.

2. Forms, Contracts and reminders This is the most highly requested resource in the folder! In this resource you will be guided through how to create a contract, how to add and design a form, where to set a reminder for the form and the coolest part of this resource? Links to some of the actual forms I use in my business that I send to clients.

3. Canned Emails This resource includes a guide on what exactly is a canned email, how to create one, how to edit the default canned email templates and then copy and paste versions of my own canned emails that I send out on the daily.

4. Workflows Another highly requested resource! This one includes a guide to what a workflow is, how to create and apply one and then examples of some of my most heavy hitting workflows I use within my business.

5. Lead capture This resource guides you through what a lead capture form is, how to create and share one, how to apply lead status and also an example of my own live lead capture form to help you with ideas.

6. Portals This resource is all about the portal area in which your clients will see all of their forms and contracts. It covers how to connect domain name to your portal, how to customise your portal, how to activate a portal and a link to a real life portal to give you better context on how this area works.

7. Beginning a project This resource is basically a ‘take it from the top!’ guide to starting a project now that you have set up Dubsado to work for you and your business. It covers starting a project from scratch as well as from a lead (which comes via your lead capture form), a checklist for starting a project as well as bonus features that Dubsado has which haven’t been touched on in the previous resources.

Who is it not for?

This resource isn’t for anyone who doesn’t juggle clients or projects, so full product-based/ecommerce businesses or hospitality/accommodation business won’t get much value from it.

It also isn’t for those who need step by step tutorials or video guides and very in-depth instructions. For this type of help, Dubsado itself has AMAZING tutorials and resources to help you with this.

And finally, it’s not for anyone who wishes to learn how to send invoices/make payments as I don’t use Dubsado for this (I use Xero), or scheduling projects so won’t be touching on these areas.
